The siege of Bender (Russian: Осада Бендер, romanized: Osada Bender) was a military conflict of the Russo-Turkish War of 1768–1774. The 2nd Russian Army, led by Count Petr Ivanovich Panin, took the Turkish fortress of Bender, located in modern-day Moldova.
