On 20 December 2024, a mass stabbing occurred at Prečko Elementary School in Zagreb, Croatia. 19-year-old Leonardo Mušančić stabbed seven people, resulting in the death of a 7-year-old student. Six others, five students and a teacher, also sustained injuries.
