Hovhannes Imastaser (c. 1045–50 – 1129), also known as Hovhannes Sarkavag, was a medieval Armenian multi-disciplinary scholar known for his works on philosophy, theology, mathematics, cosmology, and literature. He was also a gifted hymnologist and pedagogue.
