Otto Wilhelm von Struve (Russian: Отто Васильевич Струве, romanized: Otto Vasilyevich Struve; May 7 [O.S. April 25] 1819 – April 14, 1905) was a Russian astronomer of Baltic German descent. He headed the Pulkovo Observatory between 1862 and 1889 and was a leading member of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
