Eduard Buchner (German: [ˈeːduaʁt ˈbuːxnɐ] ; 20 May 1860 – 13 August 1917) was a German
chemist
and expert on fermentation (sometimes called a
zymologist), awarded the 1907
Nobel Prize in Chemistry for his work on
fermentation.
