Joachim Ringelnatz is the pen name of the German author and painter Hans Bötticher
(7 August 1883 in Wurzen, Saxony – 17 November 1934 in Berlin). From 1894 to 1900 he lived with his family at Gottschedstrasse 40 in Leipzig.
